We follow a strict code of ethics and conduct, related to the essentials: whether it is in the treatment of animals or communication with the clients, it is essential to make sure that our patients and their owners are comfortable. We are personal, for us, the patient it’s not just a number.
We do not focus on quantity but rather the quality of the service in each interaction and the enhancement of the health and wellbeing of animals.
We aim to create a pet friendly community where we could do events to spread awareness and bring specialists from abroad.
